Bodegas Añadas
Bodegas Añadas –
high-altitude wines from the heart of Aragon
Bodegas Añadas was founded in 1932 in northeastern Spain and is located in the Aragón region, where the Mediterranean climate meets pronounced temperature differences between day and night – up to 10°C fluctuations, which ensure structure and freshness for the grapes.
The vineyards are spread across four sites – Bancales, Cadillos, Peñanegra, and Zagalcerro – at altitudes between 500 and 900 meters above sea level. Tempranillo, Garnacha, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay grapes grow on a total of 16,000 hectares in soils that demand natural stress and thus concentration from the vines.
Since the 2017 and 2018 vintages, all CARE wines from the winery have been produced vegan – without animal-derived fining agents. The result is characterful wines with a clear connection to their origin, equally suited to everyday enjoyment and a good piece of grilled meat.
