Care Rosado

Care Rosado
Care Rosado is a characterful, dry rosé from the Cariñena region of Aragon, Spain, a region characterized by hot summers, cool nights, and sandy, loamy soils. It is made from a blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown on terraced vineyards, which lend the wine fruitiness, depth, and a clear structure. After harvesting, the grapes are carefully pressed, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the freshness and delicate floral aromas.
In the glass, it displays a bright, delicate pink hue with subtle salmon tones. The nose is fresh and inviting, with aromas of strawberries, red currants, cherries, white blossoms, and a hint of caramel . On the palate, the Care Rosado is silky, juicy, and balanced, with lively, crisp acidity, pleasant spice, and a long, fruity-fresh finish. The structure is light but not watery, the texture elegant and very drinkable.
Served at around 6–8 °C , it is an ideal, uncomplicated accompaniment to grilled dishes, tapas, salads, grilled fish, or light summer snacks. Its balance of fruit, freshness, and spice makes it equally perfect as an everyday rosé and a festive glass on the patio.
