Bouvet Saumur Brut Blanc Saphir

Bouvet Saumur Brut Blanc Saphir
Bouvet Saphir Blanc Brut comes from the Loire Valley, from Saumur — one of France's oldest sparkling wine producers. Bouvet Ladubay has been producing sparkling wine here since 1851 using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. The result: an elegant Crémant style with a fresh Loire character.
A pale gold color in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals white peach, acacia blossom, and a hint of jasmine—fruity without being heavy. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with lively acidity and a delicate honey note on the finish. Awarded a gold medal and two category awards at the 2023 Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championship .
Serve well chilled at 7–9 °C. Pairs well with quiche, smoked salmon or fresh goat cheese — or as an aperitif before an evening in the Loire Valley.
