Berlucchi Franciacorta Cuvée Imperiale Max Rosé DOCG Brut

Berlucchi Franciacorta Cuvée Imperiale Max Rosé DOCG Brut
Franciacorta from the Berlucchi estate – with over 40% market share, the largest producer of this Lombardy DOCG appellation. Produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation (Metodo Classico), the Cuvée Imperiale Max Rosé Brut matures on the lees for at least 24 months – longer than the legal minimum and comparable to non-vintage Champagne.
On the nose, aromas of fruitcake, candied apricot, and ripe berries with floral and slightly spicy notes. On the palate, lively acidity, a creamy texture, fine bubbles, and a dry finish with red fruit.
Serving temperature 7–9 °C. As an aperitif or with salmon carpaccio, prawns with lemon butter and mild goat cheese.
