"B" Riesling Reserve

The "B" Riesling Reserve from St. Antony comes from the Niersteiner Brudersberg – one of the most distinctive Rotliegend vineyards in Rheinhessen. Anyone familiar with this origin knows: this is not a pleasing everyday Riesling, but a wine with backbone.

St. Antony cultivates its steep slopes of the Brüdersberg vineyard with a focus on terroir-driven vinification. The Reserve line stands for selective harvesting and extended aging in the cellar – the wine is given time to fully express its origin.

In the glass, caramelized quince and ripe mirabelle plums emerge, underpinned by spicy herbal notes and the characteristic minerality of the red sandstone. The acidity is firm but not sharp – it keeps the wine vibrant and runs like an invigorating thread through the long finish. A delicate creaminess lends the wine depth without heaviness.
