Achkarren Schlossberg Spätburgunder GG

Of course, here is the completed version of the text:

Achkarrer Schlossberg: Spätburgunder parcels in this historic site are characterized by black volcanic soil (tephrite) and require a lot of manual labor due to their nature. They are secured by dry stone walls up to 4 meters high, in which lizards, snakes, and fire salamanders seek shelter. The 20-30 year old vines were propagated by sélection massale. The wine reveals smoky-mineral cherry fruit and subtly nutty wood spice, accompanied by aromas of cloves and white pepper. A pleasant acidity and tannin structure as well as a long finish round off the taste experience. The aging takes place for 18 months in French barriques with a 35% new wood content.
