Grüner Veltliner "Non-Alcoholic"

Grüner Veltliner without alcohol — that might sound like a compromise, but at Winzer Krems, it is an independent project. The cooperative from the Kremstal is one of the largest and most well-known wine producers in Lower Austria and has been growing Grüner Veltliner on loess and primary rock soils for decades. This foundation is also crucial for the non-alcoholic version: the grapes come from the same vineyards, and the vinification follows the same high standards.

In the glass, it displays the typical profile of a Grüner Veltliner: aromas of white pepper, green apple, and citrus zest, accompanied by a fresh, invigorating acidity structure. The alcohol is gently removed after fermentation — what remains is a dry, varietally typical wine with a light body and a clean finish.

Serve well-chilled at 8–10 °C. Pairs well with Wiener Schnitzel, grilled vegetables, Asian noodle dishes, or as an uncomplicated companion throughout the evening — whether you are driving, on your lunch break, or whenever you want to forgo alcohol without forgoing wine culture.
