Verjus Sparkling 0.0 Prinz Salm

The non-alcoholic Verjus Sparkling from the Prinz Salm winery is a sparkling interpretation of a historical natural product, made from Riesling grapes from Wallhausen. The hand-picked, unripe grapes are processed gently and bottled directly, refined with fine carbonation and a subtle tonic aroma. With a residual sugar content of 94.3 g/l and an acidity of 12.5 g/l, an off-dry, balanced flavor profile is created between freshness and gentle sweetness. In the glass, the Verjus Sparkling appears clear and elegant, with lively perlage and precise structure. The combination of natural acidity, fruity lightness, and fine spice makes it a versatile non-alcoholic drink that reinterprets enjoyment. Whether as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to light dishes, or neat - this Verjus stands for a modern, stylish alternative with an independent character.

Weingut Prinz Salm

VDP Member Estate

The German Weingut Prinz Salm is now managed in the 32nd generation and is located in Wallhausen in the Nahe region. It was probably founded around the year 1200. The owner of the winery is Michael Prinz zu Salm-Salm and calls 18 ha of vineyard area his own. The soils of the vineyards mainly consist of green slate.

In addition to the primarily grown grape variety Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Blanc de Noir, or even Pinot Noir grapes are also processed into wines at the Prinz Salm winery. Among the best sites are, for example, the Wallhäuser Johannisberg or the Binger Scharlachberg. Up to 120,000 bottles of wine are produced here annually.
