Tropez Rose

A Provence rosé as it should be: pale pink with salmon-colored reflections, slender in body, and aimed directly at summer and the terrace.

Domaine Tropez relies on a classic South of France cuvée made from three grape varieties that have proven themselves in Provence for generations: 60% Grenache provides the ripe, juicy fruit base and ensures fullness in the mouth. The 30% Cinsault — one of the oldest varieties of the Midi — brings lightness, a fine florality, and cool freshness. The remaining 10% Syrah adds a subtle peppery-spicy layer underneath, which gives the wine contour without weighing it down.

On the nose, the wine opens with white peach, a hint of apricot, and fine citrus zest — fresh and uncomplicated. On the palate, the texture is smooth and juicy, carried by a crisp acidity that keeps the fruit in motion. The finish is short to medium-long, clean, and marked by a slight salinity — a marker that points to low-lime soils near the coast and gives the wine a pleasant dryness.

Domaine Tropez

Domaine Tropez stands for a personal story: in 1996, Grégoire Chaix took over his grandfather Tropez Beraud's vineyards on the Saint-Tropez peninsula at the age of 25 – and named the winery as a tribute to him.

On around 40 hectares, divided into about forty individual plots between Ramatuelle, Gassin, and La Croix Valmer, wines are created that embody the best of the Côtes de Provence: Mediterranean warmth, proximity to the sea, and clay-limestone soils.

Chaix farms without herbicides and chemical fertilizers, harvests the grapes by hand, and consistently uses screw caps to ensure the freshness of his wines. An independent winemaker with a clear signature.
