Domaine Tropez focuses on the aromatic intensity of Provençal grape varieties, vinifying them in a fresh and fruit-forward style—deliberately avoiding extended oak aging to preserve the lightness of the style.

In the glass, this is a fresh, bright wine with aromas of white peach, citrus peel, and a hint of garrigue herbs. The body is light, the acidity lively without being sharp, and the finish short and clean. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C. Best enjoyed young.
