Crazy Tropez Blanc

A Provençal white wine that brings the lightness of the Côte d'Azur to the glass – fresh, fruity and easy to drink.

Domaine Tropez is located in Provence, a region primarily known for its rosés – but also for its fresh white wines made from the area's typical grape varieties. The Crazy Tropez Blanc is a blend of 80% Rolle (also known as Vermentino) and 20% Ugni Blanc . Rolle contributes aromatic richness and a slightly creamy body, while Ugni Blanc adds fresh acidity and vibrancy.

Pale yellow in the glass with golden reflections. On the nose, peach, ripe pear, and a hint of melon, along with a delicate floral note. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a soft texture and a pleasant, refreshing acidity on the finish.

Best served at 8–10 °C – an uncomplicated accompaniment to grilled seafood, bouillabaisse, or a goat cheese salad. Also a solid choice as an aperitif on the patio. Drink now.

Domaine Tropez

Domaine Tropez is a personal story: In 1996, at the age of 25, Grégoire Chaix took over his grandfather Tropez Beraud's vineyards on the Saint-Tropez peninsula – and named the winery as a tribute to him. On approximately 40 hectares, divided into about 40 individual parcels between Ramatuelle, Gassin, and La Croix Valmer, wines are produced that embody the best of the Côtes de Provence: Mediterranean warmth, proximity to the sea, and clay-limestone soils. Chaix cultivates without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, harvests the grapes by hand, and consistently uses screw caps to ensure the freshness of his wines. An independent winemaker with a distinct style.
