Amour de Tropez rose

Pale pink with salmon-colored highlights — this rosé from Provence reveals its origin in the glass. Amour de Tropez from Domaine Tropez is a classic southern French rosé: light, dry, and ready to drink.

The blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 10% Cinsault follows the time-honored Provençal recipe. Grenache contributes the red fruit, Syrah the spice and structure, and Cinsault the lightness on the palate—a perfectly matched team.

On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of strawberry and a playful hint of cotton candy, reminiscent of a summer market. On the palate, however, there's a contrast: crisp acidity, a dry style, and a lean body. No excess, no overpowering – simply a rosé that works.

Domaine Tropez

Domaine Tropez is a personal story: In 1996, at the age of 25, Grégoire Chaix took over his grandfather Tropez Beraud's vineyards on the Saint-Tropez peninsula – and named the winery as a tribute to him. On approximately 40 hectares, divided into about 40 individual parcels between Ramatuelle, Gassin, and La Croix Valmer, wines are produced that embody the best of the Côtes de Provence: Mediterranean warmth, proximity to the sea, and clay-limestone soils. Chaix cultivates without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, harvests the grapes by hand, and consistently uses screw caps to ensure the freshness of his wines. An independent winemaker with a distinct style.
