Domaine Tropez Sublime Rouge

Domaine Tropez Sublimé Rouge is an expressive red wine from the heart of Provence, produced on the stony, sandy soils of Gassin near Saint-Tropez. With this wine, the Domaine Tropez winery combines Provençal tradition and modern winemaking – a red wine that unites warmth, depth, and Mediterranean character in an elegant, approachable style.

This blend is made from classic Provençal varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault , which thrive on sun-drenched terraces, giving the wine ripe, spicy fruit and a pleasing structure. In the glass, it displays a deep, luminous ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is enticing with aromas of red and dark cherries, blackberry, lavender, thyme, and delicate spice notes – typically Mediterranean and inviting at the same time. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, with well-integrated tannins, lively acidity, and a long, warm, and spicy finish.

Served at 16–18 °C , ideally briefly decanted, Sublimé Rouge pairs perfectly with grilled lamb, Provençal braised dishes, ratatouille, game, or aged cheeses. A red wine with a Provençal soul, effortlessly bringing the warmth and aromatics of the South to the glass.

Domaine Tropez

Domaine Tropez is a personal story: In 1996, at the age of 25, Grégoire Chaix took over his grandfather Tropez Beraud's vineyards on the Saint-Tropez peninsula – and named the winery as a tribute to him. On approximately 40 hectares, divided into about 40 individual parcels between Ramatuelle, Gassin, and La Croix Valmer, wines are produced that embody the best of the Côtes de Provence: Mediterranean warmth, proximity to the sea, and clay-limestone soils. Chaix cultivates without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, harvests the grapes by hand, and consistently uses screw caps to ensure the freshness of his wines. An independent winemaker with a distinct style.
