Sand Tropez rose

A rosé wine from the heart of Provence — pale pink with copper highlights, just as you would expect from a classic Côtes de Provence.

Domaine Tropez works with three Provençal grape varieties that develop their full potential here: 60% Grenache brings body and red fruit, 30% Cinsault provides freshness and lightness, 10% Tibouren — a rare Provençal variety — gives the wine its characteristic spiciness and salinity.

The nose reveals aromas of strawberry, blood orange, and a hint of fresh herbs. On the palate, the Sand Tropez is smooth with a lively acidity that prevents it from becoming heavy despite its richness. The finish is dry and fruity with a slightly mineral note.

Domaine Tropez

Domaine Tropez is a personal story: In 1996, at the age of 25, Grégoire Chaix took over his grandfather Tropez Beraud's vineyards on the Saint-Tropez peninsula – and named the winery as a tribute to him. On approximately 40 hectares, divided into about 40 individual parcels between Ramatuelle, Gassin, and La Croix Valmer, wines are produced that embody the best of the Côtes de Provence: Mediterranean warmth, proximity to the sea, and clay-limestone soils. Chaix cultivates without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, harvests the grapes by hand, and consistently uses screw caps to ensure the freshness of his wines. An independent winemaker with a distinct style.
