Over the evening
Provence, like few other wine regions, embodies the Mediterranean lifestyle and a clear, fresh style. Nestled between sun, sea, and rugged soils, wines are created with finesse, drinkability, and a distinct sense of origin. This evening, we will present a selection of Provençal wines that reflect the unmistakable character of their region. An evening dedicated to the South – relaxed, enjoyable, and full of discoveries.
Whether you already appreciate Provence wines or are discovering them for the first time: This evening combines enjoyment, knowledge and southern French flair.
This is how the evening goes
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. With each course, we will introduce you to the accompanying wines: their origin, the special characteristics of the Provence region, and the features of each individual wine.
There will always be time for questions – whether about grape varieties, winemaking techniques, or the ideal serving temperature. No prior knowledge is necessary, just curiosity and a love of good wine.

This evening we will taste selected wines from Provence.

Château Roubine Hippy by Roubine
Chateau d'Astros Rosé Cotes de Provence Amour
They showcase the diversity of this southern French wine region and represent freshness, finesse and a clear signature of their origin.
The menu
The experience is rounded off by a corresponding 4-course menu that harmoniously complements the aromas of the wines and makes each course a part of the overall experience.

Veal fricassee French style - Blanquette de Veau with potato gratin
