Domaine des Masques – a place out of time. 500 meters above the sea, on the Plateau Cengle, protected by the Sainte-Victoire mountain range. The name comes from the Provençal word for witch – medicinal plants that herbalists once used have been growing here for generations. 30 hectares of vineyards, plus olive groves, lavender fields, garrigue. No pesticides, no artificial fertilizers. The domain is managed with respect for tradition and nature. In the cellar: cooling immediately, no oxidation. The result: fresh, aromatic wines. Provence as it should be.
