Tawny 30 Years Old 20.5% vol Ramos Pinto

A Tawny Port with an average aging of 30 years is not just a number on a label, but the result of patient maturation in small oak barrels, where oxidation and evaporation shape the wine year after year. Ramos Pinto, one of the traditional Douro wine houses, captures precisely what time transforms into Port with this style: structure rather than sheer power.

Amber in the glass, with aromas of roasted hazelnut, fig, orange peel, and caramel on the nose—along with cinnamon and a hint of aged wood. The texture is rounded, the acidity well-integrated, and the finish long and dry-sweet. Serving temperature: 12–14 °C.

A classic way to end an evening — neat in a small glass or with walnut tart, crème brûlée, or Roquefort cheese. Also delicious with dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher).

The Quinta

Ramos Pinto

The Ramos Pinto winery dates back to the year 1880. At that time, Adriano Ramos Pinto laid the foundation for the wine production named after him. The estate developed rapidly and achieved great fame worldwide - not least thanks to its membership in the Roederer Group.

After business in the home country of Portugal was running perfectly, they began exporting to the Brazilian market. Today, Frédéric Rouzaud manages the fortunes of the winery and thus continues the tradition of five successful generations.
