A Single Quinta Vintage Port from the Quinta de Ervamoira — one of the oldest vineyards in the Douro Superior, which Ramos Pinto has been farming since 1974. Vintage Ports of this category are created exclusively from the best sites of a single winery and are only bottled in exceptional years.

In the glass, it shows a deep dark ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, layers of ripe plum and dark berry fruit open up, plus notes of cocoa, dried figs, and a hint of leather. On the palate, dense but already well-integrated tannins, a lively sweetness without heaviness, long spicy finish.

Serve it at 16–18 °C in a large red wine glass so it can unfold. Classic accompaniment: Stilton or strong Manchego, dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content, or walnut desserts. Also pure after a meal — as a quiet conclusion to a long evening.
