Schlumberger Sparkling Sekt Brut

Schlumberger Sparkling Sekt Brut
Austrian sparkling wine produced using the traditional method by Schlumberger, Austria's oldest sparkling wine producer (since 1842). The Brut matures on the lees for at least 18 months, during which time it is riddled by hand – a process otherwise primarily found in Champagne.
In the glass, a bright golden yellow with fine bubbles. The bouquet reveals ripe apricot, citrus zest, and a creamy yeasty note. On the palate, fresh, integrated acidity, medium body, and a dry finish without any harshness.
Test winner Stiftung Warentest 12/2017 (grade 1.0) , 92 Falstaff points, Gold Berlin Wine Trophy 2017. Serving temperature 7–9 °C — as an aperitif or with grilled fish and creamy risotto.
