Sacchetto Spumante Etichetta Nera Millesimato Extra Dry

A vintage sparkling wine from the Sacchetto winery, which has been producing sparkling wines using the traditional method in Veneto for generations. The Etichetta Nera – the "black label" line – represents the winery's premium selection: carefully chosen vintage grapes, controlled fermentation, and a clear style.

On the nose, exotic fruit and citrus peel, along with a delicate floral note. On the palate, fresh acidity, medium body, and soft bubbles. The Extra Dry category corresponds to a residual sugar of 12–17 g/l – drier than Demi-Sec, more approachable than Brut.

A classic aperitif, but also a convincing accompaniment to light appetizers such as Prosecco risotto, puff pastry bites, or creamy goat cheese. Serving temperature 6–8 °C.

Sacchetto

Sacchetto – an Italian winery in the heart of Veneto. Founded in the early 20th century by Sisto Sacchetto, the winery was taken over by his son Filiberto in the 1960s. Filiberto restructured the business and transformed it into a competitive enterprise. What sets Sacchetto apart? The combination of tradition and modern techniques – resulting in wines of the highest quality. Across 65 hectares in two growing regions, the Venetian climate and mineral-rich soils ensure optimal growth. The selection includes wines and Proseccos made from Glera, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Italian lifestyle you can taste.
