Reiterpfad GC Riesling dry QW Pfalz 0.75L

Reiterpfad is one of the most renowned Grand Cuvées from the Dr. Bürklin-Wolf winery—a Riesling from the Palatinate region that captures the essence of its terroir. Bürklin-Wolf is one of Germany's most traditional wineries, cultivated biodynamically since 2005 and certified by Demeter. The vines in Reiterpfad grow on deep sandstone soils at the transition between the Mittelhaardt and the Southern Wine Route—a location known for Rieslings with structure and aging potential.

In the glass, this dry Riesling reveals ripe yellow fruit—mirabelle plum, quince, a hint of white peach—underpinned by delicate spice and a mineral character typical of Rieslings from the Palatinate's large vineyard sites. The acidity is present but integrated, the finish long and slightly saline. A substantial wine that will benefit from further cellaring.

Best served at 10–12 °C , it pairs well with pan-fried pike-perch with caper butter, saltimbocca, or a strong goat cheese. If opened now, it should be decanted for at least an hour.
