PriSecco Red Fruity 0.75L

PriSecco Rotfruchtig is not a wine in the classic sense – it is a sparkling fruit composition made from old cultivated fruit varieties that you won't find on any supermarket shelf.

The Jörg Geiger manufactory from Schlat in Swabia specializes in processing old fruit varieties from the Schönbuch and Swabian Alb regions. What they create are handcrafted alternatives to wine and sparkling wine – without alcohol, but with the same complexity one would otherwise only expect in a glass.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby red color. The nose is dominated by sour cherry, blackcurrant, and elderberry , accompanied by a fresh hint of lime. On the palate, the dark berry fruit continues – juicy, with a lively acidity that gains a pleasant tension from the slight tartness of quince and lime. The fine carbonation keeps everything light and refreshing without masking the fruit character.
