PriSecco Cuvée No. 15

Sparkling, alcohol-free and far more complex than usual alternatives: The Cuvée No. 15 from the Jörg Geiger manufactory in Schlat, Württemberg, is not a substitute product, but an independent pleasure.

Jörg Geiger specializes in processing heritage fruit varieties – fruits that play a negligible role in conventional trade, but take center stage here. The PriSecco line is made from hand-picked pear juice, combined with herbs and spices, and is produced without alcohol.

The nose reveals ripe pear, nashi pear, and a hint of apple – complemented by a warm caramel note and subtle coffee undertones that give the drink depth. On the palate, fine bubbles, a pleasant freshness, and a rounded, slightly nutty finish.

Serving temperature: 6–8 °C. Pairs well with tangy goat cheese, steamed poultry, or as an elegant accompaniment to an aperitif. Also a serious choice as a non-alcoholic option at the table.
