Huile d'Olive Vierge Extra Frantoio ORGANIC 0.5l

A single-varietal olive oil made from the Frantoio olive – one of the most intensely aromatic varieties in the Mediterranean. Domaine Mira Luna cultivates according to organic principles; harvesting and processing are carried out gently to preserve the natural polyphenols and aromas.

In the glass , the oil reveals a fresh, green hue with a distinct artichoke note, a hint of green almond, and the characteristic peppery finish – a sign of intact active ingredients and careful cold extraction. The texture is clear and light, not greasy.

Best used neat: over grilled fish or seafood, on bruschetta with tomatoes, with raw vegetables, or as a finishing touch to legume soups. Less suitable for frying – the heat would destroy the delicate aromas. It pairs well with dry, citrusy white wines, such as a Vermentino, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, or a mineral Grüner Veltliner.

Domaine Mira Luna

Mira Luna – the name sounds like night, moonlight, and the quiet rustling of the vineyards. Coming from France, this winery stands for wines that tell more than just their vintage. These are wines that you don't just drink, but that make you pause for a moment – as if you were actually looking over quiet rows of vines under a clear night sky.

What excites us about Mira Luna is the palpable signature behind every drop. Here, wine is not vinified for mass taste, but with a view to the place, the vine, and the moment. Every bottle seems like the result of a conscious decision rather than a compromise – characterized by patience in the vineyard and restraint in the cellar, so that in the end exactly what the landscape itself has to say ends up in the glass.

Let yourself be surprised by these wines – preferably with a good glass in your hand when the evening slowly gets cooler and there is time for the quiet tones. Mira Luna is not a wine for a quick sip in between, but for moments when you take the time to taste carefully.
