Cuvée Rolle Amphora

A cuvée made from Rolle (Vermentino), aged according to old tradition in clay amphorae – without the influence of wood, without oxygen, but with maximum aromatics and a characteristic gain in texture from contact with the unbaked clay.

Domaine Mira Luna relies on this ancient method to preserve the fruit of the Rolle grape directly: bright citrus aromas, white peach, and a discreet herbal note of the Mediterranean garrigue. The amphora provides the wine with low oxygen levels and a fine minerality that would be difficult to achieve with classic cellar technology. Medium body, lively acidity, long salty finish.

Domaine Mira Luna

Mira Luna – the name sounds like night, moonlight, and the quiet rustling of the vineyards. Coming from France, this winery stands for wines that tell more than just their vintage. These are wines that you don't just drink, but that make you pause for a moment – as if you were actually looking over quiet rows of vines under a clear night sky.

What excites us about Mira Luna is the palpable signature behind every drop. Here, wine is not vinified for mass taste, but with a view to the place, the vine, and the moment. Every bottle seems like the result of a conscious decision rather than a compromise – characterized by patience in the vineyard and restraint in the cellar, so that in the end exactly what the landscape itself has to say ends up in the glass.

Let yourself be surprised by these wines – preferably with a good glass in your hand when the evening slowly gets cooler and there is time for the quiet tones. Mira Luna is not a wine for a quick sip in between, but for moments when you take the time to taste carefully.
