Coteaux Varois en Provence Rosé

Coteaux Varois en Provence Rosé
A rosé that breaks with the cliché of the light Provence bottle: Coteaux Varois lies in the cool hinterland of the Var, where continental nights give the wines more acidity and tension than the sun-drenched coastal locations.
Domaine Mira Luna works on this terrain with classic Provençal grape varieties – Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah – bringing a style to the bottle that is more structured than many rosés from Bandol or the Côte d'Azur.
In the glass, a pale salmon pink. The nose reveals strawberry, white peach skin, and dried herbs – thyme, a hint of lavender. On the palate, fresh with lively acidity, medium body, and a dry, crisp finish with no residual sweetness.
Serving suggestion: Serve at 10–12 °C. Drinking window until 2026 – perfect now. Pairs well with grilled sea bass, ratatouille, goat cheese, or a tomato and basil salad. Also a reliable choice as a summer aperitif.
