Côtes de Provence Rosé

Côtes de Provence Rosé
A rosé from the Côtes de Provence – the origin that has shaped the style of dry, pale Mediterranean rosé worldwide. Domaine Mira Luna manages vineyard areas in this AOC, where Grenache and Cinsault form the classic backbone.
In the glass, the typical light salmon pink appears. The aromas move between fresh strawberry, white peach, and a hint of Provence herbs – lavender, thyme. On the palate, dry, with lively acidity and a short, fresh finish. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
The ideal companion to Mediterranean cuisine: ratatouille, grilled sea bass with fennel, fresh goat cheese, or tapenade.

Mira Luna – the name sounds like night, moonlight, and the quiet rustling of the vineyards. Coming from France, this winery stands for wines that tell more than just their vintage. These are wines that you don't just drink, but that make you pause for a moment – as if you were actually looking over quiet rows of vines under a clear night sky.
What excites us about Mira Luna is the palpable signature behind every drop. Here, wine is not vinified for mass taste, but with a view to the place, the vine, and the moment. Every bottle seems like the result of a conscious decision rather than a compromise – characterized by patience in the vineyard and restraint in the cellar, so that in the end exactly what the landscape itself has to say ends up in the glass.
Let yourself be surprised by these wines – preferably with a good glass in your hand when the evening slowly gets cooler and there is time for the quiet tones. Mira Luna is not a wine for a quick sip in between, but for moments when you take the time to taste carefully.
