Monserito Gavi of the Comune di Gavi
The Monserito Gavi del Comune di Gavi displays a straw-yellow hue with greenish reflections. The nose reveals floral aromas and notes of white-fleshed fruits. It is a pleasantly harmonious wine with a lively acidity. The wine is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks and two months in the bottle. Mattia Vezzola of Costaripa is one of Italy's top oenologists, a title he has received five times from Food and Travel International, most recently in 2020.

Tenuta Carretta is a winery steeped in history. Above all, it's a winery where people work together towards a common goal: producing high-quality wines. The winery is located in southern Piedmont, in Piobesi d'Alba in Roero. Its vineyards cover approximately 70 hectares and lie within the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato wine regions, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The name Carretta likely derives from an Albanian noblewoman who lived in the area in the 14th century and was probably the estate's first owner. However, the winery's history officially begins in 1467, when a lease agreement was signed for the purpose of cultivating grapes on the estate's land.
