Marina Cvetic Cabernet Sauvignon IGT

Marina Cvetic Cabernet Sauvignon IGT
From the single vineyard Colle Rosina directly in front of the main winery – a Cabernet Sauvignon that shows the heart of Abruzzo: powerful, but with precision.
Masciarelli is one of the region's pioneering wineries. Marina Cvetic , the wife of founder Gianni Masciarelli, established this line – a tribute to craftsmanship and terroir. The vines on the Colle Rosina vineyard are over 40 years old, yields are deliberately kept low, and the grapes are transported directly to the winery. After fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barrels , followed by extended bottle aging. Total production: approximately 3,000 bottles.
In the glass, it displays deep aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry , underpinned by cedarwood and a hint of dark chocolate. The body is full and dense, the tannins ripe and velvety – not heavy, but substantial. The finish is long, spicy, and pleasantly fresh.
Serving temperature: 17–18 °C. Drinking window until 2030+. Pairs well with braised lamb, entrecôte or aged pecorino – or for a quiet evening when the wine receives full attention.
