Lungarotti Rubesco is a red wine with good aging potential. After aging, the wine should be decanted to fully develop its rounded flavor. Overall, the bouquet is refined and elegant, with hints of pepper, cinnamon, and tobacco against a backdrop of red fruit. The palate is solidly structured and concentrated. Today, his daughters Chiara and Teresa carry on the legacy with passion and vision. What makes Lungarotti so special? The legendary Rubesco Vigna Monticchio – a single-varietal Sangiovese. With San Giorgio, they created the first "Superumbrian" in 1977.
