Lafabuleuse Frisant Blanc

Lafabuleuse Frisant Blanc
A white wine from Roussillon that brings the sun-drenched side of southern France directly to the glass – aromatic, full-bodied, with a Mediterranean character.
Domaine Lafage is located in Perpignan, in the heart of the Roussillon region. Jean-Marc Lafage and his wife Eliane cultivate around 200 hectares between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea – on soils of schist, granite, and limestone, which give the wines structure and depth. The estate works with local grape varieties such as Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Macabeu, and Vermentino, which have shaped the hot, dry climate of Languedoc-Roussillon for centuries.
In the glass, Lafabuleuse reveals aromas of white peach, apricot, and a hint of floral fragrance. The palate is round and juicy, with a fresh acidity that lends the wine vibrancy. The finish is medium-long, slightly spicy, with a delicate mineral note.
