La Mer Rosé
An uncomplicated rosé from Roussillon – made for warm evenings when you don't need a long lead-up.
Vignerons Catalans is one of the most important winegrowers' cooperatives in southern France, based in Perpignan. The cooperative pools the harvest of hundreds of winegrowing families from Roussillon – a region that boasts more sunshine than almost any other in France. The Mediterranean climate shapes the style: fully ripe fruit, low acidity, approachable wines without unnecessary embellishment.
In the glass, the La Mer Rosé shines with a clear salmon pink hue. The nose reveals aromas of strawberry and red currant, along with a hint of white peach. On the palate, it remains light and fresh, with a rounded texture and a short, clean finish.
