A matured Grappa from Friuli that combines the clear pomace distillate with the warmth of wood. The Nonino Barriques Aged Selection is a selection of matured distillates that gain additional depth in barriques.

Nonino Distillatori stands for artisanal Grappa tradition. The distillate is created in discontinuous steam distillation in copper stills, i.e., batch by batch instead of in continuous operation. It then matures in barriques and loses the sharpness that young Grappa often brings with it. The manufacturer does not provide any information on the exact duration of maturation in our documents.

In the glass, there are fine notes of vanilla, pastry, and roasted aromas. On the palate, the Grappa appears round and structured; the finish is long and harmonious. At 40% vol, it remains easily accessible.

Recommendation: Serve it neat at room temperature in a tulip glass, classically after a meal. It also goes well with cocoa-based desserts because it does not mask their aroma. Content: 0.5 l.
