A short aging period in small oak barrels gives it not only a light amber color but also complex aromas of fresh bread, vanilla, and pastries. On the palate, it entices with notes of delicate chocolate and freshly peeled almonds. Artisanal distillation: Discontinuous distillation with the separation of heads and tails, created in exclusive steam stills by Benito Nonino. The distillation process is very slow to ensure proper evaporation followed by condensation; in this way, the organoleptic properties of each grape variety are preserved.
