Grappa Tradizione 41% vol Clear Distillate 1.0L

Clear grappa from Friuli with 41% ABV in a 1.0-liter bottle. The Grappa Tradizione from Nonino Distillatori is straightforward and cleanly distilled, putting the character of the pomace in the foreground.

Selected pomace from white and red grapes serves as the raw material. Nonino distills it immediately after fermentation, at the time of the harvest, so that the aromatic origin of the grapes is preserved. It is crafted using discontinuous steam distillation in copper stills, with a clean cut of the heads and tails. The grappa then rests for several months in stainless steel tanks. This is why it appears crystalline and balanced in the glass.

Recommendation: Serve it neat in a tulip glass at about 12 to 14 °C as a classic finish after a meal, for example after a robust cheese course or with an espresso. It is also suitable as a base for drinks if you are looking for a clear distillate with pomace character.
