Nonino Distillatori is considered a reference for Italian grappa. The pomace comes from the Moscato grape and is distilled fresh. The discontinuous distillation in copper stills with a clean cut of the heads and tails preserves the floral varietal character.

Floral notes reminiscent of roses and fine herbs appear on the nose, along with a delicate vanilla nuance. The grappa feels clear, elegant, and long on the palate.

Best served neat and at 12 to 16 °C in a tulip glass, perhaps as the conclusion of a menu. With the two included glasses, the bottle becomes a gift for evenings together for two.
