González Byass Tio Pepe Palomino Fino half bottle

González Byass's Tio Pepe Palomino Fino is the world's best-selling Fino sherry – and has been for over 180 years. The half bottle (0.375 l) is ideal if you want to enjoy a freshly opened, top-quality sherry without having to open a whole bottle.

Made from 100% Palomino grapes grown in the Albariza chalk soils around Jerez. Organically fermented, then aged under a layer of live yeast ( flor ) in the Solera system. Light golden color, almost crystal clear. The nose offers aromas of almonds, green apple, bread crust, and a hint of sea air. On the palate, it is bone dry with lively acidity and a saline finish.

Serve well chilled (7–9 °C), ideally straight from the refrigerator. Pairs well with Jamón ibérico, Manzanilla olives, Gambas al ajillo, or as an aperitif on its own in a copita glass.
