Fontarèche Tradition Blanc

The Fontarèche Tradition Blanc comes from the Languedoc, one of France's oldest wine regions, which is now considered one of the most exciting white wine destinations in the south. Château Fontarèche is located in the Corbières area and cultivates its vineyards on limestone rock under a dry Mediterranean climate — conditions that give white wines a structure and freshness that one might not immediately expect here.

In the glass, the Tradition Blanc displays bright citrus notes, white blossoms, and a hint of melon, underpinned by a lively acidity that gives the wine drive and length. The finish is fresh and clean with a light mineral component that points to the limestone soils.

Served well-chilled at 10–12 °C, it pairs well with grilled sea bass, goat cheese from Provence, or a bouillabaisse. It also makes a great impression as an uncomplicated aperitif on the terrace.
