Emil Bauer Wilhelm Rose

Emil Bauer Wilhelm Rose
A rosé from the Palatinate that doesn't focus on pleasing others, but on attitude: fresh, dry, with real character in the glass.
Emil Bauer is a family winery from Landau-Nußdorf in the Southern Palatinate, which has focused for generations on the region's fruit-forward, approachable style – without sacrificing substance. The Wilhelm Rosé bears the first name of the winery's founder and embodies the estate's philosophy: meticulous craftsmanship, clear fruit, and no compromises in winemaking.
In the glass, it shines a bright salmon color. The nose reveals aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, a lively acidity emerges, keeping the wine lean and easy to drink – no residual sugar to soften the fruit. The finish is short and clean, with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
Best served at 8–10 °C : as an aperitif on the terrace, with grilled salmon, goat cheese salad, or a light pasta with tomatoes and fresh herbs. Drink now until 2026 – enjoy young and fresh.
