Emil Bauer Wilhelm Rose

Emil Bauer Wilhelm Rose
A rosé from the Palatinate that does not rely on pleasantness, but on attitude: fresh, dry, with real character in the glass.
Emil Bauer is a family winery from Landau-Nußdorf in the Southern Palatinate that has relied on the fruit-emphasized, accessible style of the region for generations – without sacrificing substance. The Wilhelm Rosé bears the first name of the winery founder and stands for the house philosophy: artisanal care, clear fruit, no compromises in aging.
In the glass, it glows salmon-light. In the nose, strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of citrus peel appear. On the palate, a lively acidity is added, which keeps the wine slim and drinkable – no residual sugar that softens the fruit. The finish is short and clean, with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
Best served at 8–10 °C: as an aperitif on the terrace, with grilled salmon, goat cheese salad, or a light pasta with tomatoes and fresh herbs. Enjoy young and fresh.
