Emil Bauer Enjoy Rosé

A rosé that lives up to its name: fresh, uncomplicated, with the typical charm of the Palatinate.

Emil Bauer manages his vineyard in Kleinkarlbach in the Mittelhaardt region—an area known for its sandstone and limestone soils, which impart a delicate minerality to both white and rosé wines. The family is known for approachable, well-made wines that are perfect for everyday enjoyment without sacrificing character.

In the glass, the Enjoy Rosé displays a light salmon pink hue. Aromas of red currant and strawberry, along with a hint of citrus zest. The palate is light-bodied with lively acidity, minimal residual sugar, and a fresh, short finish—not a heavyweight, but a wine for the moment.

Best served well chilled at 8–10 °C : as an aperitif on the terrace, with a light summer salad with goat cheese, or with grilled vegetables. No need for long cellaring – drink young.
