Riesling Smaragd Singerriedel

On the nose, cool elegance, subtle aromas of vineyard peach and delicate herbal notes. On the palate, dense yet firm, with lively acidity and minerality, long and elegant. Smaragd stands for dry, dense, and complex wines from the Wachau region; in addition to structure and depth, Smaragd wines also impress with their great aging potential. The Riesling Smaragd Ried Singerriedel is a versatile companion. It pairs well with fish dishes such as pan-fried sea bass with asparagus risotto or a pizza frutti di mare, as well as with a typical Austrian Tafelspitz with apple, horseradish, and chive sauce. The wine also harmonizes beautifully with a spicy Indian fish curry.
