Deidesheim Village Riesling dry QW Pfalz 0.75L

The Deidesheim Village Riesling from Weingut Dr. Bürklin-Wolf shows what the Palatinate can do on its best limestone and loess soil: a dry Riesling with clear structure and lively freshness.

Bürklin-Wolf is one of the oldest and most well-known wineries in the Palatinate — with roots in the 17th century and now certified organic (DE-ÖKO-003). The Village line stands for wines that express the character of a single municipality. Deidesheim is considered one of the best Riesling municipalities in the Palatinate, characterized by deep soils and a warm, dry climate.

In the glass, the wine shows yeasty notes, balsamic spice, and the fresh citrus line of lime zest. On the palate, this freshness continues with a fine minerality — the finish remains long and lively, without sharpness.

Good with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, grilled char, or a mild goat cheese. Best served at 10–12 °C — as an uncomplicated companion for everyday life as well as for the dining table.
