Chateau Ste. Michelle Cold Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Powerfully structured with softly integrated tannins, dense, concentrated berry aromas, and delicate hints of caramel. The grapes were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with various pure-culture yeasts. The must was pumped over twice daily during the nine-day maceration to extract optimal flavor and color. The Château Ste. Michelle Cold Creek Cabernet Sauvignon matures for 21 months in American and French oak barrels, a combination of new and one-year-old casks.
