Champagne Bollinger Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut Half

The Bollinger Special Cuvée in the 0.375-liter bottle — ideal when a whole bottle would be too much, but the occasion is still right. An aperitif for two, an accompaniment to a course, or simply a glass after work.

The cuvée is primarily based on Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, complemented by reserve wines aged for up to 15 years in magnum bottles. It undergoes three years of lees aging before disgorgement. In the glass, it displays a golden-yellow color, fine bubbles, and aromas of ripe pear, baked apple, and a hint of brioche. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.

Goes well with oysters, scallops, sushi or fried turbot.

Champagne Bollinger

Bollinger is not a champagne that explains itself – it reveals itself. Since 1829, the house in Aÿ has operated according to the same principles: meticulous craftsmanship, Pinot Noir at its core, and maturity as a mark of quality.

What sets Bollinger apart from many others: The wines are vinified in genuine oak barrels – a process that hardly anyone else undertakes anymore. Riddling and disgorging are done by hand. No shortcuts, no simplifications.

Whether the approachable Special Cuvée or the legendary Vieilles Vignes Françaises from pre-phylloxera vines – there is real attitude in every glass.
