Bollinger B16 in gift packaging

The Bollinger B16 is a vintage champagne from the 2016 harvest year — a vintage that, after difficult spring frosts, offered concentrated, ripe grapes. Bollinger traditionally vinifies its vintage cuvées in wooden barrels and lets them age on the lees significantly longer than legally required.

In the glass, the B16 shows a golden color with fine perlage. Aromas of citrus peel, white peach, and a hint of brioche, supported by the characteristic Bollinger structure: taut, with a good acidity line and long finish. The gift packaging makes it a ready-to-go present — without additional effort.

Drinking recommendation: 8–10 °C, with lobster, scallops, or as an apéritif for a festive occasion.
