Bollinger La Grande Année HK

Bollinger's prestige cuvée from the best vintages of Champagne. Base wines exclusively from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, fermented entirely in small oak barrels, then aged for at least six years on the lees under natural cork. Ridden and disgorged are still done by hand.

Deep gold in the glass. On the nose, cherry, lemon, and quince, with hints of hazelnut, almond, and a delicate iodine note. On the palate, fine, dense bubbles, balanced acidity, and a long, saline finish with citrus and stone fruit. A Champagne that slowly unfolds in the glass.

Serving temperature 8–10 °C. Pairs well with scallops with citrus butter, scampi ravioli, or grilled sea bass. Also enjoyable on its own as an aperitif with aging potential.
