Champagne Bollinger Bollinger La Grande Année Magnum HK

Champagne Bollinger Bollinger La Grande Année Magnum HK
Bollinger's prestige cuvée La Grande Année is only produced in exceptional vintages – the 2012 is one of the strongest of the last decade. In the magnum bottle, the champagne ages more slowly and evenly, which gives the wine additional depth and aging potential.
Over seven years of yeast aging have given the Chardonnay-Pinot-Noir blend a dense structure: golden color, aromas of apricot, roasted hazelnuts, and a smoky background. On the palate, the typical Bollinger texture shows – creamy, but with a clear line of acidity. In the long finish, nuances of truffle and dark chocolate.
Ideal with lobster, scallops, or mature Comté – or as a bottle for special occasions that call for more than one glass.

Bollinger is not a champagne that explains itself – it reveals itself. Since 1829, the house in Aÿ has operated according to the same principles: meticulous craftsmanship, Pinot Noir at its core, and maturity as a mark of quality.
What sets Bollinger apart from many others: The wines are vinified in genuine oak barrels – a process that hardly anyone else undertakes anymore. Riddling and disgorging are done by hand. No shortcuts, no simplifications.
Whether the approachable Special Cuvée or the legendary Vieilles Vignes Françaises from pre-phylloxera vines – there is real attitude in every glass.
