In the glass, it shows a clear, mineral bouquet: citrus zest, citron, and white flowers with a hint of pollen and vanilla. Tight on the palate, with lively acidity and a long, salty-mineral finish. The 1.5-liter magnum bottle matures more slowly than the standard bottle — this benefits the texture and depth.

Served at 8–10 °C, it pairs well with oysters, scallops with lemon butter, or a fine lobster bisque. The magnum bottle also makes a good impression as an aperitif for a larger group.
