Asolo Prosecco Spumante Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato

Asolo Prosecco Spumante Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato
Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG – one of the most strictly defined designations of origin in the Prosecco universe, just a few kilometers from Treviso. Cantina Montelliana vinifies the Glera grape from the hills of Asolo as a Millesimato, that is, as a vintage sparkling wine – not a blend, but the signature of a single harvest year.
Straw yellow in the glass with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals apple, pear, and citrus blossom , fresh and crisp without heaviness. On the palate , Extra Dry : noticeable but not overpowering, with a dry, invigorating finish. Awarded the Gold Medal at the Champagne & Sparkling World Championship 2019.
A convincing aperitif, but also pairs perfectly with seafood, pan-fried sea bass, or light poultry . Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
